Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please read this before buying, because digital goods cannot be returned once delivered.

Before download

If you have paid but have not yet downloaded the file, email care@iasvalley.com within 7 days of purchase and we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

After download

Once a file has been downloaded we cannot offer a refund, because the product has been delivered in full and cannot be returned. Every product page carries a free sample extract, and we ask you to read it before buying so you know exactly what you are getting.

Duplicate payments and failed orders

If you were charged twice, or charged without receiving your download, we refund in full. Email care@iasvalley.com with your order number and we will resolve it within 3 working days.

How refunds reach you

Approved refunds are returned through Razorpay to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5 to 7 working days to credit it.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled by you at any point before download, using the process above.
