How delivery works

Your download link appears on screen immediately after payment is confirmed, and the same link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout. Delivery is instant.

If your download does not arrive

Check your spam folder first, as order emails sometimes land there. If it is not there, email care@iasvalley.com with your order number and we will resend it, usually within a few hours and always within one working day.

Delivery charges

None. There are no shipping or handling charges on any product.

International buyers

Because delivery is digital, our material is available anywhere in the world with no difference in price or delivery time.
